Happy Spring Break!

Many of you have submitted your Enzyme Lab to turnitin.com and have submitted either e-mailed or hard copies.  Keep them coming!  Also, remember that you can germinate some seeds over break to get an idea of what conditions might work best for you on that lab.  I strongly recommend that you do some preliminary trials early on so that you will have a greater chance of success when you perform the formal lab.
