SPARK Lecture this Monday (3/4)  on Computer Science.  Room 169 at 3:30 pm.

• Mon 3/4:  Mutations in your name worksheet.  Use the genetic code to write your name and then investigate how it changes as it goes through various "mutations".
• Tues 3/5:  Translation:  going from RNA to protein.  Overview of the whole process.   Start Enzyme Worksheet.
• Thurs 3/7:  Short Quiz on Replication and Transcription.  Finish Enzyme Worksheet while each group does Transcription/Translation Simulation.  Introduce Enzyme Inquiry Lab.
• Mon 3/11:  Try 3 different methods of measuring enzyme activity.
• Tues 3/12:  "Messing Around Day" for Enzyme Inquiry Lab.  Do pre-write for Enzyme Inquiry Lab.  Hand out Review Sheet for test on replication/transcription/translation/enzymes.
• Thurs 3/14:  Take data for Enzyme Inquiry Lab.  Full lab write-up due by Thursday 3/21 (extended to Sun 3/24).  Replication/Transcription/Translation/Enzyme Test next Thursday 3/21.
